These Terms form an agreement between you and Flow Lab governing your use of FlyVox and its real-time AI translation, calling, account, credit, and related services.
Effective date: August 5, 2026 · Last updated: August 5, 2026
AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate.
FlyVox may omit, mistranslate, delay, or misrepresent speech. Do not rely on it for emergencies or medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions. When accuracy matters, use a qualified human interpreter or other appropriate professional.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using FlyVox, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FlyVox.
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You may not use FlyVox if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
2. The FlyVox service
FlyVox provides AI-assisted speech recognition, translation, synthesized audio, subtitles, device-audio translation, and real-time calling. Some features require an internet connection, compatible hardware, operating-system permissions, an account, available credits, or access to preview AI services.
FlyVox is a communication aid, not a certified interpreter, emergency service, telecommunications carrier, accessibility substitute, or professional advisory service.
3. AI-specific terms
Probabilistic output: AI-generated transcripts, translations, summaries, and voices may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose.
Your responsibility: you must review important output and independently verify names, numbers, instructions, commitments, warnings, and other material information.
No high-risk reliance: do not use FlyVox as the sole basis for emergency response, healthcare, legal rights, financial transactions, workplace safety, immigration, law enforcement, or decisions that may materially affect a person.
Provider processing: audio and related content are transmitted to third-party AI and communications providers, including Google Gemini and LiveKit, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Model changes: model behavior, supported languages, voices, limits, and availability may change. Preview or experimental models may be modified or discontinued without notice.
No model-training promise beyond our control: Flow Lab does not use your content to train its own general-purpose AI model. Third-party handling is subject to our provider arrangements and applicable provider terms.
4. Audio, recording laws, and participant consent
You are responsible for telling every affected person that FlyVox will capture and process audio and for obtaining all permissions required by privacy, recording, wiretap, employment, education, copyright, confidentiality, and other applicable laws. Consent requirements vary by jurisdiction.
Do not use device-audio sharing, floating subtitles, or real-time calls to secretly monitor, intercept, translate, or retain another person’s communications. Do not process confidential, privileged, proprietary, or sensitive content unless you are authorized and the use is appropriate.
5. Accounts and security
You may use eligible features as a guest or sign in using supported email, Google, or Apple authentication. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law.
You may delete your account through FlyVox settings or as described on the Account Deletion page. Deletion may permanently remove credits, history, and other account information and cannot necessarily be reversed.
6. Credits, usage, purchases, and refunds
FlyVox currently treats one credit as one minute of translation usage. Usage is measured and charged according to the in-app description and may be rounded to the applicable billing unit.
Credits are a limited, revocable license to access eligible FlyVox services. They are not money, property, a deposit, or a stored-value account; have no cash value; and cannot be transferred or resold.
Prices and currencies are presented by Apple App Store or Google Play and may vary by location, tax, and exchange-rate treatment.
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, and store billing are governed by that store’s rules and applicable law.
We may correct balances affected by duplicate redemption, refund, chargeback, fraud, technical error, or abuse. We will not remove valid purchased credits except as permitted by these Terms or law.
Connection time, reconnection, incomplete speech, and AI processing may consume service resources. The in-app meter and confirmed server record control in the event of a display discrepancy, subject to applicable consumer rights.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use FlyVox to violate law or another person’s rights; facilitate harm, fraud, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, or surveillance; impersonate others; process unlawfully obtained content; infringe intellectual property; evade safeguards or usage limits; interfere with the service; distribute malware; reverse engineer protected service components except where law expressly permits; resell access; or use automated means that overload FlyVox.
You are responsible for content you submit and for how you use, share, or act on AI output.
8. Your content and intellectual property
You retain rights you hold in your audio, transcripts, and other content. You grant Flow Lab a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, reproduce, format, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve FlyVox, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide the content. FlyVox, its branding, software, interface, and documentation are owned by Flow Lab or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use FlyVox.
9. Third-party platforms and services
FlyVox relies on services supplied by Google, Firebase, Gemini, LiveKit, Apple, and Google Play. Your use may also be subject to their terms. Flow Lab is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, content, or acts beyond our reasonable control.
Apple-specific notice
If you obtained FlyVox from Apple, these Terms are between you and Flow Lab, not Apple. Flow Lab, not Apple, is responsible for FlyVox and its content, maintenance, support, warranties, and product claims to the extent required by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use must comply with the App Store Terms of Service and applicable usage rules.
10. Availability, updates, and changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or provider requirements, manage capacity or cost, or improve FlyVox. We do not guarantee that every model, language, voice, device, route, or network will always be available. You are responsible for installing compatible updates.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using FlyVox at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, security threats, legal requirements, nonpayment, provider restrictions, or risk to users or the service. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYVOX IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FLOW LAB DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT FLYVOX OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR COMMUNICATION.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOW LAB AND ITS PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR COMMUNICATION; OR HARM CAUSED BY INACCURATE OR DELAYED AI OUTPUT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOW LAB’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF FLYVOX WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR FLYVOX DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 25. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including to liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
14. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about FlyVox unless additional terms are presented for a feature. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as necessary and the rest will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; Flow Lab may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using rights that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated when required. By continuing to use FlyVox after revised Terms take effect, you accept them, except where additional affirmative consent is legally required.
